Small Business Saturday

Cincy Gift Guide

What is Small Business Saturday?

Small Business Saturday was created to highlight all the locally-owned and operated businesses during the weekend of Black Friday. Highlighting these small businesses in our city of Cincinnati shows the members of the community the variety of uniqueness of businesses that exist right here in the Queen City. Each small business on our platform, whether a retail shop or home-based business, is owned by our neighbors and friends within the community. This is an excellent opportunity to show these small business owners just how much we appreciate their hard work and effort for providing for each and every one of us.

Our team has created the only map that allows you to locate local retail store across the metro and the nearby coffee house to grab a warm drink while you shop for friends and family.

Support Your Community on Small Business Saturday

A common misconception is that shopping at small businesses can be more expensive than big box stores, but the reality is that when you are shopping small, you are paying for a higher quality of care and intentionality with your products. When you spend the extra couple of dollars from a small business in your community, you can feel good that your money is being recycled back into your community, instead of being thrown away into the sea of big companies. Choosing a local hub to shop on Small Business Saturday ultimately strengthens your local community and is an investment into building your community.
